
Group training sessions available 5 days a week! All sessions are 60 minutes in length.
All registration for group sessions is done through the Shoot 360 App. Click EVENTS > BOOK > Click the date of session, and then click the “BOOK” icon.
If you are not a member and do not have a Shoot 360 account, please create a free Shoot 360 account and register online by clicking HERE.
Click Sign-Up > Interested In Other Services and then enter basic athlete info to create account. Once account is created and you are logged in, click Book > Events > session date, and then click the "Book" icon next to the session.

Strength, speed, agility and explosion training session for serious basketball athletes. Gain the competitive edge.

MONDAY MADNESS - Myles Stinson
This session is built for players of all skill levels in grades 4-8 looking to develop and improve their fundamental skills in the areas of ball-handling, passing, shooting, and defense. Regardless of your skill level, you will be challenged to improve.

NEXT LEVEL GIRLS - Darra Walker and Myles Stinson
Group skills session focused on helping each individual player reach the next level in her journey. Includes skill development work with the opportunity to apply new skills in game-like situations – 1v1, 2v2, 3v3. Open to competitive female athletes in grades 7-12.
